Job Description:
1.10+ years of software development experience in both Java & PHP.
2.Experience with some of the latest web frameworks like Spring, Roo, Grails, Play, Lift etc.
3.Experience in developing and maintaining scalable web applications and services (RESTFul, SOAP).
4.Strong skills in developing with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle) and optimizing to get the best performance.
5.Demonstrated experience in profiling and load/stress testing the back-end system to optimize performance.
6.Experience with object persistence frameworks (Hibernate, JPA, EclipseLink).
7.Thin and Thick client application architecture and development.
8.Expert at working with version control systems especially GIT.
9.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
10.Need to be hands on coding.
11.Excellent communication skills (fluent English) and ability to work with remote teams.
12.Demonstrated experience of leading and managing development teams.
13.Ability to mentor team members, do code reviews and ensure high quality output.
